RSOs are always free, with unlimited client facilities. Each facility (one license) chooses its own plan, and every new facility starts with 30 days of Premium free, no card needed. After a trial or plan ends, records stay viewable and exportable; adding records needs an active plan. Storage is fair use; programs that need much more storage or traffic are priced separately, and rates may change with usage. Hospitals and broad-scope programs with an in-house RSO: ask about Enterprise.

Who pays, the RSO or the facility? The facility. RSO accounts are free with unlimited clients, so a consulting RSO can bring every client onto CurieLedger at no cost to themselves.
What happens after the free trial? Choose Basic or Premium. If you don't, nothing is deleted: your records stay viewable and exportable, but adding records pauses until a plan is active.
Can we switch plans? Yes. Upgrade from Basic to Premium anytime; Premium sections unlock right away.
How do we pay? Prepay for 3 months (save 10%), 6 months (save 15%) or a year (save 20%). During the pilot we bill by invoice. Founding members take another 25% off the term price; for example, Basic for a year is $2,400, or $1,800 for a founding member.
Prices in US dollars. The pilot is for testing with sample data only until independent security testing is complete. Pilot terms, pricing and availability are subject to change.
